I reached out to this company in July 2024 for surveying and subdivision of my land. Initially, they were very responsive, providing a quote and scheduling a surveying appointment. I was informed that a separate appointment for subdivision would follow. However, I never heard from them again. Despite multiple calls and emails to Chan, I received no follow-up. In March 2024, Chan sent someone to survey the land again to initiate the subdivision process and move forward with construction permits. Unfortunately, communication has been poor, and it’s been challenging to get updates on the progress and understand the delays. It’s now September 2024 and the process is still not done.
